Booking Policy

  1. Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
  2. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out by arrangement only.
  3. No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm.
  4. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
  5. Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.
  6. All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Cash or cheque, thank you. One night’s deposit required at time of booking for stays up to 7 nights. Two nights deposit required for stays of 8 nights or longer.
  7. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.
  8. Discounted rates by agreement for longer stays.
  9. Please note that Thackwood Cottage is a non-smoking property.
  10. No pets, thank you
